PTFE Thread Seal Tape : "TREFLON" unsintered "PTFE" tape (As per BIS:4375) is used for sealing threaded joints & connections. It is virtually a universal sealing material which can be used from -65 C to 260 C in all hazardous conditions. This is available in 12.5 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm wide rolls of 10 & 12 mts long & .075 mm thickness. "TRESTAR" brand thread-seal tape, available in above widths specially made for finer threads.
